When I heard that the lease was available for purchase it seemed natural to me to add this business to my portfolio and ensure it continues to provide for the local community as well as many tourists visiting the Lakes.
Joint leaseholder, Liam added: "Similarly, Steven and I are regulars at the Marina, both being boat owners who frequently utilise the boathouse. We recognise the substantial potential of the property and are excited about the possibilities to further enrich the business in the upcoming years." Haydn Spedding from commercial real estate firm Colliers managed the sale. He said “Geoff and Ben took this new bar and quickly established a thriving business. I’m pleased that Ben is staying on to help Steve and Liam with the hand over and looking forward to seeing how Steve develops the business to not only support the marina and visitors to the area, but also local residents and businesses.”
