Councillors vote to cut the limit from 60mph to 40mph on part of the A46 near Nettleham.

According to the authority, nine collisions resulting in injury were recorded there in the past five years. Mr Dolling said he had witnessed about 10 serious incidents, including those that have claimed lives. Lucy Curtis, 47, who has run the Red Poppy Ranch for about five years, shared her relief at the decision to reduce the speed limit.
