Netflix users who share passwords are being warned of new changes that might make things more difficult for them.
Users could be slapped with additional fees if they share their password with those they don't live with. The extra cost for sharing the codes will need to be paid in order to keep using their account.Netflix told investors that it was "pleased with the results" of paid account sharing trials it held in Canada, New Zealand, Portugal and Spain, the Daily Star reports.
An estimated 100 million people worldwide currently use Netflix without paying for a subscription, and instead just use someone else's login.
