Neil Lennon will play a special role in a Celtic hero's wedding.
Kris Commons and his partner of over 20 years Lisa Hague are preparing to marry this weekend in a 'small' affair.Daily RecordLisa told the paper:"It's going to be nice, Neil Lennon is one of our witnesses and we've just got a nice small group."
While the ceremony will be held in their native Chesterfield, there will be little nods to Commons' time inThe couple planned a low-key wedding so that they can use the money they would have spent on a lavish affair to help others. Lisa, who trained to become a grief coach after having a stillbirth, organises counselling retreats to help others who have lost a child.
She said on Instagram:"Me and Kris decided that we are going to have a super small wedding. My wedding budget that I would have had, I'm going to give it back to the Grieve and Grow retreats as it just seems the right thing to do, we're a bit older getting married, we've got kids and we work really hard throughout the year fundraising so it seemed just a bit of waste of money to blow it on one day.
