Llandrindod Wells Victorian Festival is taking place until August 27 with the town's National Cycle Museum open all day until Saturday for the event.
The museum, which is part of MWT Cymru, representing more than 600 tourism and hospitality businesses across Mid Wales loans some Victorian era bicycles for a cycle parade and is inviting visitors to view a Bicycle Cavalcade on Friday, to see exhibits close up and hear about their history.
Many amazing bicycles spanning 200 years of cycling and a wealth of cycling memorabilia are on display in the museum. It costs £20,000 a year to keep open the doors to the museum, which relies on the generosity of supporters and visitors to finance its work. For more information or to support the museum, visit cyclemuseum.org.uk online.
