My street dog from Afghanistan is now an Instagram influencer

We adopted him after reading an article about Pen Farthing.

I kissed the top of my labrador Harry’s head as he lay dying at the vet. Heartbroken, I vowed that I’d never love another animal again.

But the next few months were incredibly hard; my days lacked purpose and I could burst into tears at any moment. I’d open the front door after coming home from work as a shoe designer and expect Harry to greet me but instead, there was silence.He had a beautiful ginger and white coat and a cheeky smile

I researched Nowzad and saw that applications had closed but I sent an email anyway. In October 2021, I received a response with an adoption form.
