'My name is Cleo': WA police announce missing four-year-old girl rescued – video
in a home in Carnarvon, and a man has been arrested. 'It’s my privilege to announce that in the early hours of this morning, the Western Australian police force rescued Cleo Smith. Cleo is alive and well’, announced deputy commissioner Col Blanch. ‘A police team broke their way into a locked house in Carnarvon at about 1am.
