A man in his 30s was stabbed to death at a village pub in Meopham, Kent, and another man was rushed to hospital with stab injuries
Kent Police were called to the Cricketers Inn public house in Wrotham Road, Meopham, shortly before 9.15pm on Saturday to reports of an attack.
A man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene and another man was taken to a London hospital, where he remains in a stable condition. Neighbour Michael Clark said: “We came back from our friends' house and got stuck in the queue of traffic for an hour. "This unfortunately means we cannot go ahead with today's reservations but we do look forward to welcoming you all back very soon."
