A man's been charged with murder over the death of Rebecca Steer in Oswestry at the weekend.
A man has been charged with murdering a woman who was killed in a hit-and-run.
Stephen McHugh, 27, of Artillery Road in Oswestry, has been charged with the 22-year-old's murder and causing grievous bodily harm. She had been studying criminal justice at the university and staff said she was "an exceptional student" who held ambitions to become a police officer.
