Mum’s fury as council takes five months to fix collapsed ceiling that ruined her carpet and furniture

"We attended Ms Cameron’s home on 9 June to inspect the repair and make the area safe, but were unable to carry out non-urgent work at the time. "We spoke to Ms Cameron on 19 October to confirm what works are required and the job is booked in for 10 November."The collapsed roof has destroyed the contents of Clare's living room, including their new PlayStation and TVClare's DIY attempts to fix the ceiling with tape have worked for now, but she worries how the damage will affect Christmas
