A MUM and her three young children were rushed to hospital after being hit by a car, a local councillor has said this evening.Three children and a woman have been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in CarlukeCops have locked down a section of Kirkton Street with a Fiat 500 abandoned on the roadA large police presence is also on the scene, with officers locking down the road outside Aldi and diverting traffic.
