Police said it happened early on Monday morning (August 21) and officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward
A man died after his motorbike crashed in Daventry. The collision happened on Northern Way at about 6.20am on Monday .
Police said it involved one vehicle, a white BMW motorcycle at the roundabout junction with Welton Road. The rider, a 27-year-old man, died at the scene. Northamptonshire Police said: "Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV or dash cam footage of the collision.
