A number of caravans were pictured at the site
Travellers have been pictured after setting up in a car park at a Bulwell supermarket. A group of travellers arrived in recent days and set up camp on the Morrisons car park in Leen Drive.
Pictures had shown a number of caravans pitched up on the car park on Tuesday evening. However, in a statement on Thursday a Morrisons spokesperson: "We are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible."There have been a number of recent traveller encampments in recent weeks. A group of travellers pitched up at the Southwell Rugby club, in Southwell, in July.
Less than a week before there was an encampment on football pitches at Dave Eastwood Sports Ground off the A52 Clifton Boulevard near Lenton, on July 4. Children were unable to train and play games according to one parent, who said they had been left "devastated".
