The supermarket is making an effort to reduce plastic waste
A new storewide ban in Morrisons stores will affect shoppers this Christmas period.
In previous years, Morrisons has removed glitter and plastic from wrapping paper, crackers and cards in an effort that has reduced its plastic usage by over 150 tonnes in three years, the The decision to ban plastic packaging from Christmas decorations was made at Tesco and Co-Op in previous years, with calls for all supermarkets to follow.
