An adventurous puppy who got her head stuck in a wall had to be rescued by a team of firefighters.
In what is thought to be a first for the fire crew, four-month-old labrador Teale got stuck in an extractor vent for a tumble dryer in Longtown, Carlisle. Literally sticking her nose where it shouldn’t have been, the pup pushed her head through a gap only to become trapped on Tuesday afternoon.‘At 4.15pm, Carlisle East were mobilised to a property in Longtown, to reports of a young dog with its head stuck in a wall,’ the station wrote on Facebook.
‘In attendance, the crew were greeted by a mischievous four-month-old labrador puppy called Teale, who had found herself in a predicament by getting her head stuck in an extractor vent for a tumble dryer, and was feeling very sorry for herself.’She got herself stuck after sniffing around an extractor fan ‘She was no worse for wear for her ordeal,’ the post, since liked by more than 1,300 people, said.
