At the Toronto Film Festival in September, she hit the carpet forwearing Dolce’s black lace dress with a sheer veil – a haunting, though beautiful, accessory choice. At the Academy Museum Gala this month, she proved she can also strip things back in Giorgio Armani’s black velvet dress, punctuated with a deep V-neck neckline.

Her ensembles have channelled the sinister vibe of her films, but in a much more elevated and polished way.
