Storm Betty will have some impact on parts of England and Wales in the coming days
The Met Office has warned that people all across the UK will be subjected to intense winds, heavy rain and potentially thunderstorms in the coming days.
While Manchester is not currently covered by the yellow warning, we're not escaping some of the bad weather. The Met Office predicts there will be small showery spells on Saturday and Sunday in the North West accompanied by grey clouds and temperatures as high as 22C.As we move into next week, rainy conditions will become more persistent, lasting for much of the afternoon on Monday and Tuesday.
