The UK will soon be struck by 'cold Arctic air'
Brits across the country might want to start wrapping up warm after the Met Office warned of plummeting temperatures.
While southern parts of the country will be noticeably warmer, parts further up north will be much colder. However, the worst hit areas will be Scotland with some areas dipping to 10C. Met Office Chief Meteorologist Jason Kelly said: “This week will see temperatures below average for the time of year for many. Blustery winds will become confined to the far northeast overnight, with winds falling light elsewhere. This will allow widespread frost by night, though in sunshine by day, it should feel pleasant enough.
