Storm Babet is set to bring heavy rain to Northern Ireland this week
While the warning area has been expanded by the Met Office for the two-day period of Wednesday, October 18 and Thursday, October 19, the impact level has been reduced.
Deputy Chief Meteorologist for the Met Office, Steven Keates, said: "Storm Babet will bring impactful rain to many parts of the UK, but especially parts of eastern Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England later this week.
