A blue Vauxhall Crossland deliberately drove into the front of the store
Dramatic pictures show a car wedged in the shopfront of a Tesco Express after 'masked men' raided the store.
Pictures from the scene show a car reversed into the right, front window of the shop, completely smashing the glass. A cordon was put around the supermarket, which was closed to the general public and police were at the scene. Further reports established that the suspects were then seen in the car park by the Sefton Arms and a car was seen driving off from the area. Officers remained at the location this morning to conduct continued enquiries.
