During the call, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said that the reason behind this second delay is down to a"search for quality, and a great deal of confidence that we have a wonderful title on our hands, and we want to make sure it's as good as it can possibly be." With any luck, this will be the final time the game is delayed, as Zelnick was asked about the potential for another delay, but replied that he isn't"concerned about that.
Marvel's Midnight Suns isn't the only title in Take-Two's portfolio to be delayed, either, as the earnings call confirmed that other games have had their release dates moved to"within a year" — although we're yet to find out what those other games are just yet.
