Leeds could be covered in a blanket of snow next month as forecasters warn there was a chance of "severe cold weather".
The Met Office has also said that snow could be on the cards for the first half of March. While a winter storm like the 2018 "Beast from the East" was unlikely, forecasters said they are not ruling out the possibility.The winter storm five years ago saw the nation hit by immense snowfall and cold temperatures. It is estimated the extreme weather event caused around £1.2 billion in damage.
