Pink Island Cafe is inside an industrial unit the size of a soft play centre in a Stockport business park.
There's a central bar area with tables and seating around it, plus three booths over to one side. You can request one of these when you book. I can't vouch for the cosmetics, although I'm told they're good - she's unlikely to have more than half a million followers on social media without good reason.
My daughter kept it simple with a cheesy garlic pizza bread, which may seem a little pricey at £10.99, but was huge, and there was certainly no scrimping on the cheese. It's basically a chocolate brownie inside a pink chocolate dome with summer berries, white chocolate, raspberry coulis and ice cream.
