It's time to dig out your Santa hat and mittens because the Manchester Christmas Markets 2023 are now just days away from opening. The annual festive event opens to the public on Friday, November 10 with a impressive host of food, drink and gift stalls spread out all across the city's main shopping streets.
As a general rule of thumb across the different market zones, market craft and gift stalls will be open from 10am until 8pm Monday to Sunday. Bars serving alcohol will be open from 11am to 9pm. Piccadilly Gardens will be transformed into the Winter Gardens, and will be open 10am to 9pm daily with street food stalls open until 6pm and craft stalls open until 8pm.
There will be music or live entertainment each night as twilight falls and plenty of undercover seating.

Christmas festivities kick off at Manchester Christmas MarketsThe Manchester Christmas Markets have started with the opening of the first stalls in front of the ice rink in Cathedral Gardens.
