Brian Askew came back from a three-day trip to Guernsey to find his car had been stolen from a Manchester Airport car park
A Manchester Airport traveller has issued a stark warning to people looking to use of the "safe and secure" car parks.
"I realised the car was gone and went up to the barrier and told them 'It looks like my car's been stolen'. The woman told me it had left at 9pm the night before." "£2,500 might be peanuts to other people, but it was everything to me. I have lost my independence and it's been stressful to deal with. The entry and exit are controlled by automated number plate recognition , but Brian wants to warn others about his experience. He said: "I want people to know what happened to me so they can think about using Jetparks Ringway.
