A man has shared how interviewers at a nuclear power school use a 'wobbly chair test' in order to scrutinise the people they plan to hire - and refuse to sign up those who fail.

A job interview can be one of the most stressful things in everyday life, as you spend hours prepping to impress your potential bosses.

The Mirror reports that one man claimed this is exactly what happens at ROTC Nuclear Power School, as their interviewers go the extra mile when conducting the conversation. "The successful test was to see if the applicant would be bold enough to stop the interview for a moment – to request to exchange his chair, for second/other chair - so they did not wobble."

Former Zero Australia boss Trent Innes explained that he will take interviewees for a walk into their kitchens, and you get a cup of coffee or juice on your walk out.
