The suspect approached the 19-year-old man with a knife and demanded his belongings.The pedestrian was uninjured but has been left badly shaken by the experience.The suspect, who approached the man is described as around 6ft 4ins, tall, 20 to 30 years old and wearing a dark Adidas tracksuit and a black hat, concealing his face.
Officers are urging anyone with information to get in touch by calling 101 and quoting incident number 1231 of January 20, 2023.
