Man who spends £1.5k a month to reverse ageing takes 60 pills a day so he can 'live forever'

A man who wants to ''live forever'' and spends £1.5k a month on his health has said he would even consider being frozen so he could come back in the future. Leon Kurita-Goudlock, 36, is a strong believer in 'biohacking' which is an umbrella term for 'upgrading your body' and is doing everything he can to reverse the effects of ageing on his body, Wales Online reports.

"There is nothing sadder than carrying your own parents up the stairs and giving them sponge baths.” Leon revealed there are five levels of biohacking which begins at less taxing fitness and fasting until you reach level five of futuristic biological alterations. The determined health guru who does not drink alcohol at all midweek says he misses a lot of work functions because of his sobriety. He added: “Lots of people want a quick and easy solution, it’s not a magic people and a lot of people brush off level one.

Leon explains the multiple health benefits of fasting which he claims helps the improvement to your cholesterol levels and cell function, the control of all blood markers and allows for homeostasis which is a process that helps the body reverse aging. Level two of biohacking is made up of a few different kinds of therapies such as infrared therapy, red-light therapy and taking lesser known supplements.

“You would be horrified at all of the things that come out- there are days and weeks worth of faecal matter and even cysts.” Afterwards, Leon has a colonoscopy which involves a camera being stuck up his rectum to confirm that his bowels are operating healthily.
