Daniel Mather, 39, will appear in court tomorrow

A man has been charged with fraud offences after being found in a shed. Yesterday the 39-year-old was located and arrested on suspicion of multiple offences of fraud by false representation after he was located by police hiding in a shed in Shaw.

He was taken into police custody for furrher questioning. Today Daniel Mather, of Longfellow Crescent, Sholver, Oldham, was charged with two counts of fraud by false representation and remanded in custody. He is scheduled to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court tomorrow.
