Man United bolstered their forward options with the signing of Denmark international Rasmus Hojlund earlier this month.
Former striker Teddy Sheringham has said that new signing Rasmus Hojlund will need the support of his Manchester United teammates this season.
United sources have said that his recovery is going well and that he is expected to be sidelined for just a few weeks. It remains to be seen if he will be ready to make his United bow ahead of the first international break of the season next month. Sheringham, speaking to Lord Ping, said: "Hojlund is a young player that isn't familiar with the Premier League. He isn't fit at the moment, and he won't have a relationship with any of the United players at the moment either.
