Man shot by police at home as neighbours left 'shocked'
Cops were called to a house in North Somerset as part of an investigation into possible firearm offences.
A cordon remains in place while enquiries are carried out at the sceneOfficers entered the property on Wick Road in Wick St Lawrence where a man, in his 30s, was shot.Avon and Somerset Police said the Independent Office for Police Conduct had been informed of the incident, which happened at about 11.30am on Monday.
