The incident happened at around 9pm
in the Divismore Crescent area of West Belfast. The victim was taken to hospital for treatment to leg injuries sustained in the shooting. His condition is not known at this time.
"Shortly after 9pm it was reported that a man in his 20s had been shot three times in his legs. He has been taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
