A body has been found during the search for a missing hiker who vanished while scaling Ben Nevis two days ago.
The hillwalker planned to go back the mountain's north face, but following his ascent he did not return and had not been heard from since. However, a Police Scotland spokesperson said today that the body of a man had been discovered around 3.30pm on Thursday on Ben Nevis.
