The 38-year-old man was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment after being seriously assault in the Alexandria area yesterday afternoon.
The 38-year-old was attacked in the Main Street area near Bank Street at around 4.30pm on Wednesday . He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow for treatment. The extent of his injuries is not currently known.
Detective Constable Jade Sutherland said: “Extensive enquiries are being carried out to establish the full circumstances of this incident.
