He will appear before the courts in Belfast on Saturday
A man in his 40s has been returned to Northern Ireland after a warrant was issued for his arrest in relation to "serious sexual offences".
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "The Police Service of Northern Ireland Extradition Unit in collaboration with the International Law in Enforcement partners have arrested a 49-year-old man.
