The Metropolitan Police said the man’s injuries are not life threatening and that he had been detained under the Mental Health Act

LondonEmergency services scrambled to Camden Town underground stop at around 4pm before rushing him to hospital on board an air ambulance.said the man’s injuries are not life threatening and that he had been detained under the Mental Health Act.

Another, a Tube worker, told the paper: ‘You’re just prepared that here you are you can see anything really now.In a statement, The Met said: ‘Police were called at approximately 4.01pm to Camden Town Underground Station.‘The fire was extinguished and he is believed to have suffered non-life-threatening burns.‘The man was detained under the Mental Health Act at the scene.’
