A man was 'punched in the head' and had a 'knife held to his throat' during an armed robbery in North Belfast.
Police received reports that a man was attacked and robbed during an incident in the North Queen Street area at 10.20pm on Sunday, November 20. It was reported that a man who was travelling in the rear of a black Vauxhall Astra type car had been punched in the head by another man who also held a knife to his throat and threatened him.During the incident a sum of money and a mobile phone were taken from the victim.
Detective Sergeant Dougherty said: “At approximately 10.20pm, we received a report that a man who was travelling in the rear of a black Vauxhall Astra type car, was punched in the head by another man who also held a knife to his throat and threatened him.
