Accrington man found with cannabis and cash in car twice in four months
An Accrington man has been jailed after being found with cannabis and cash in his car twice in four months.
The first time he was stopped was in Oswaldtwistle where he had more than £3,500 in cash which was seized. He was stopped for a second time on Buxton Street, Accrington, when cash and cannabis was also found. on November 3 after pleading guilty to two offences of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
