The British Transport Police have confirmed they are investigating the worrying incident, which is believed to have taken place at Bruce Grove station in Tottenham on Friday.
A woman filmed the terrifying moment a man ran across a live train track to harass her as she sat alone at a station. The clip shows the woman repeatedly telling him to stay away as she tried to get away from him on the platform.
As he walks towards her, she says: "Back the f*** up. You just jumped across the tracks to come and talk to me? Stay away from me bro." He says "let me chat" as she walks away from him down the platform, replying: "No I don't wanna chat to you. F*** off. I don't wanna chat to you." The man later raises his voice, saying: "Okay let me say my part then." As he follows her down the stairs, she says: "Go away, I don't want to know you. Can you go away please? Can you stop calling me? F*** off. Go away. Go away."
The woman shared the clip to TikTok, writing: "!!Watch out for this man!! On the 20/10/23 I was waiting alone for a friend at Bruce Grove train station when a man joined the other platform. He crossed the tracks to talk to me and immediately tried to intimidate me. "I didn't post this video for any attention other than to share how important it is for young women to stay as safe as possible when travelling on public transport. I am quite tall and believe I am quite capable of defending myself but in situations like this it's easy to lose composure.
