Mr Sung has been without a working boiler since June due to a number of ongoing problems that have 'escalated'
A man said he has resorted to boiling water in a kettle to wash after his boiler broke two months ago.
The boiler was due to be installed on August 4, but when the engineer arrived to install a new flue on the external wall of Mr Sung's block of flats, he was turned away due to contractors not granting access. Mr Sung said Clear Line, a contractor currently renewing the external cladding on the blocks of flats where he lives, denied British Gas access to carry out the work.
Mr Sung has also raised the issues with the building's directors KWMC. An email seen from a director to Mr Sung said the work was unable to move ahead due to specific insurances being in place around the buildings controlled by Clear Line.
