Manchester City have allowed some big players to leave the Etihad this summer - we've looked at how they're doing at their new clubs
Manchester City have let a staggering number of players go from the club this summer, with Riyad Mahrez, Ilkay Gundogan and James Trafford particularly noteworthy exits.
Mahrez was awarded Player of the Match in their recent fixture against Al-Khaleej. He completed 100% of his dribbles, 86% of his 36 passes and 100% of his three long balls in his 82-minute outing. Burnley paid £19m as Trafford joined ex-City captain Vincent Kompany’s side after their promotion from the Championship.
Carlos Borges The promising forward was electric for the City U21s last year, scoring 25 goals in just 27 matches, finishing the Premier League 2 season as the division’s top goalscorer. Borges has only played around 75 minutes of senior football, but all signs seem to suggest he has what it takes to play at the highest level.
