City agree deal for Nunes Manchester City have agreed to pay more for Wolves midfielder Matheus Nunes in return for a more favourable payment schedule.
Nunes will now undergo a medical at City ahead of completing the transfer, which must be done before Friday's 11pm deadline. Midfielder Tommy Doyle will head to Molineux for a medical in a separate season-long loan deal.Doyle will join Wolves on a temporary basis with a £5m option to buy next summer. If Wolves trigger that option, City will hold a significant sell-on clause for a future sale.
