Cops attended
Rytas Papulskas, 39, was in his property on Portman Street, Kinning Park, on the morning of New Year’s Eve 2022 when he began to throw the bottles at 10.45am.
In another incident on April 12, 2022, Papulskas behaved in a threatening manner by shouting, swearing, and repeatedly kicking a door. and traced Papulskas. He was taken to London Road police office where he made no reply to caution and charge.
