Jamil Satchell has been remanded into custody after a stabbing in Dumers Lane
A man has been charged with assault and possession of a bladed article after a man was stabbed in the chest in Bury.
Jamil Satchell, 19, has now been charged with the assault and has been remanded into custody. Officers are appealing to members of the public for more information about the incident.The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition. "I would urge anyone who might have information that could help us - no matter how small you think it is - to please get in touch. This includes anyone who may have been in the area, or has dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage during the approximate time of the incident."
