A man has been arrested after armed police were called to an address in Arbroath. Police descended on Keptie Street in the Angus town at around 12.40pm on Sunday, November 20.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident. The street has now re-opened after being sealed off by officers at around 3pm.Inspector Grant McGaughay said: “Around 12.40pm on Sunday, 20 November, police were called to a report of concern for a man within a flat in Keptie Street, Arbroath. Officers and negotiators attended.
