Damian South's trial is listed in November
A man appeared in court over alleged attacks on two frontline police officers. Damian South, aged 31, of Bromley Close, Bulwell, was charged with two counts of wounding with intent and further counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault by beating.
The charges followed an alleged incident in Brook Close, Bulwell, at around 4.30pm on Saturday, May 27. South appeared on a link from HMP Nottingham on Friday , and was represented by higher-court advocate Roger Wilson for a further case management hearing. Nottingham Crown Court heard South's trial is listed on November 6, but a hearing has been arranged beforehand, on October 20. South remains in custody.
