A pensioner is being questioned by police after an Edinburgh councillor was allegedly attacked while delivering a local newsletter

Councillor Kevin Lang said he was "very shaken up" amid claims he was grabbed by the throat in his Almond ward at 11.10am today.A 65-year-old man has been arrested by police in connection with the incident.
