Marks and Spencer called a 'disgrace' by shoppers over advent calendar that promised free gin globes
High street giant Marks and Spencer has come under fire with shoppers over its 12 Days of Christmas advent calendar. Shoppers who have the advent calendar were promised to find goodies like free gin snow globes and light-up biscuit tins inside.

Cheryl Marques Da Silva said: "I got a hand cream, might nip in tomorrow and get the two from today and tomorrow - I don’t fancy a daily trip unless it’s amazing and only claimable that day. I’m dubious about the stock for my local though tbh." Emma Brimsted replied: "What a flipping disgrace.
