Guests can relax in deluxe bedrooms and enjoy the hotel's luxurious facilities

A luxury, grade II listed hotel in a pretty Cheshire village has undergone a £850,000 transformation. Once the country sea of the Armitstead family, the De Vere Cranage Estate, part of De Vere's portfolio of country estate hotels, was designed by the famous British architect Lewis Wyatt.

The corridors have been refreshed with a contemporary colour palette and new carpets, along with artwork featuring nods to the hotel's history and countryside setting. The bedrooms and en-suites have been decorated and styled to bring them in line with De Vere’s distinctly British aesthetic. Bedrooms are decorated with a heritage colour palette of muted greens, taupe, and cream with tan accents throughout. Guests can also enjoy luxurious facilities including fluffy robes and slippers, classic Roberts radios, luxurious Penhaligon’s toiletries and smart TVs.
