Several clubs in England and Europe have been credited with an interest in the midfielder, but Luton are now pushing to seal a deal before the window slams shut on Friday night .He made just nine appearances for the Eagles in the Premier League, starting in six of those outings.Lokonga also played 15 times for Arsenal in the first half of last term but played most of his minutes in the Europa League group stage – starting all six of those fixtures.
The youngster made the move to England after impressing for Belgian side Anderlecht, where Lokonga came through the ranks.Luton Town, who were promoted from the Championship via the playoffs last term, have made 11 signings so far this summer. The Hatters have lost both of their Premier League fixtures this term ahead of Friday night’s clash with West Ham.
